you should asign a manager..someone who can hire..fire..and all that..she/ he doesnt do much.
you know does interviews for the 'parents to be' ...in real orphanages you cant walk in point to a child and take it home

"Wonderful, its SO nice to meet you, let me introduce my self. I'm Isabella Benson, But call me Ella.I'm the new Top Manager of this place.And the me just say there will be alot of change going on soon."

Shay:"oh nice to meet you Ella, i'm Shayhayla call me Shay though and i'm just one of your staff"she ysas

"Well, would you like to hear my plan for this place?" Ella said as she walked around to the desk door and pushed it open, then walked back into the employees office.

Shay:"sure"she syas

Ella: "Then get back here so i can tell you the plan."

I wait for her to walk to the employees office.

"Ok Well, we are going to take the one building on this large amount of land...well it isnt really large but big enough for my plan. Ok . This place will be turned into the mess hall, with a lunchroom area, my office, the front room.Which is where people go to the front desk. Then there is a fitness room and a playroom. " I took a breath then kept going
"behind this lot is an old apartment building lot, I have bought that and we are going to redo them , also 3 floors on every complex.
Thats all i shall reveal right now. but things are going to get very organized."

Shay:"WOW!'she says whern she is done talking "but there should be a riding place to"she says

"Well, im talking to Pine hollow right now. But I dont know"

Shay:"oh well i could teach them, i have some horses of my own to"she says

"Ill see, but I was wondering where you live"

S:"i live at Century Farms E.Q. Center and have a few horses"she syas

"Oh, ok never mind." I stood "Well, i have a very busy day. Ill be back around lunch so would you like anything?"

Shay:"sure anything "she syas

ella nods and leaves then in a few hours come back with Subway "i hope this is what you like, if not i can get something else."
