Caspers New Herd Arrives

i sigh and stnd up i walk to where bess is "They told me why you are upset i'm sorry that i dont feel that way like you feel for me but i want you to be my lead and i want you to stay"

"If you do not love me then i see not a reason to stay" i stand rouse the fillies and walk to the herd and tell them making them stay i lead the foals out of the valley

Pebbles:i look up from grazing

Laylia i look around watching over the herd i was bess's second in charge mare so it was now my duty to lead the herd

i sigh and walk back to the herd "She left didnt she" i say as i walk up the hill to watch over them

Laylia: "Yes Casper. Because you don't love her. She handled it witha little hope until you crushed her when you told her you didnt love her. Do you even LOVE anyone?" i asked standing a few feet away watching the herd

"I love all the maes the same way and i ask her to stay just because it is my duty to breed other mares....." "Nevermind" i say and walk down to the herd and smile at the foals i nuzzle each of them and the mares then go back up to laylia

"You have to love one more then the rest, this is normally the reason she becomes your lead" i said

i sigh again "You might get mad but i would like to get to know all the mares before i pick the lead that way i can love one more than the rest please and i will start by getting to know you better"

Lahlia: i look at the herd and sigh
"Fine"

Pebbles:i graze

"Ok so tell me about"

"About what?" i asked my eyes not leaving the herd

"About yourself"

im a mare with a filly by a rouge stallion, Bess saved my life before my foal was born she killed the rouge stallion who raped and then attacked me. That was a year ago and ive travelled with her ever since" i said cutting the story short

"Oh so she saved you and your unborn foal's life"

"Isnt that what i just said?" i said back

"Yes u did just say that i was making sure i heard it right"

"well you did" i said sharply

"Actully i am going to go to find a mate"

"then do not expect this herd to be here. We will only graze under Bess's watch, no other mare. i am leading here temporarily" i said

"It is there choice to leave or stay i am not holding them here" i say as i walk away

Layliah: "YOu arrogrant son of a bitch" she cursed and threw her head up and reared
"Come we are to leave" she cantered down the valley her yearling filly keeping pace beautifully she rounded the herd then led the way out stopping and calling to pebbles
"Come away with us, Pebbles" she urged The herd merged around her exiting the valley
