Coming home with babe and her colt Diamond

i park the car and quickly get the twins into the pram and then i offload babe and the colt stuck to her side
i lead the mare and push the pram to the barn and i gently park the pram in the office doorway and look down at the two sleeping faces and smile and then turn the mare and colt loose in a large box stall and give them feed and turn on their automatic waterer

Tabs:I walk in holding Dingo and comng in to get brushes so i can brush my horses and see you and smile at you and the new horses but I get the brushes and walked back out and started brushing Charlie

California Rio Babe:I look around the stall and then calm down a little.

Rio Diamond(RIO):I look up at mommy and then start to nurse

Babe:i stick my head out the stall door

i walk back in and offer my hand to the mare

Babe:i sniff it but then relax and stand there studing her

Rio:i stand up on my hind legs and put my front ones on the head stiker outer thing and reach my nose out

i pat the mare and scratch behind the ears and when the foal lifts up i offer my hand to him.


~*~ A few days later ~*~

I lead the mare and colt out to a pasture and turn them loose

Babe:I trot into the field

Rio:i trot out away from mom wanting to play

I watch for a moment and then turn back and walk to the barn

Babe:i look around then slow and graze

Rio:i trot and look for anyone to play with

I return with another manre Cammile and her filly Carribian
i turn them loose and said "play nice"

Cam: I trot in and see the mare and then trot to the shade
Carie: I see the other foal and squeal gently and trot over to him

Rio:i whinny back and lope over to her

Babe:i continue to graze
