The herd returns

Dust led the herd with charlie close behind her, beside her was her first born colt Caspian, Prince of these lands. Behind them was the large herd:
Chicka and her filly Dawn
Penny and her filly Whisky
Willow and her colt Daggers Point
Rheannin and her filly Tina
Moonlight Sonata and her colt Blue Print
Rappadan Glory and her filly Pippi
Neealba and her filly Sierra's Sweet
Kalli and her filly Mystical Star
Eclipse and her colt Street Jammer
Legacy and her colt Jinx
Saxon Rose and her filly Boska
behind them cantered
Tatonka Ohwashe and Kalahari
These two mares not conceived upon their last attempts before joining charlies herd

Bullet:i follow alone

DUST: I stand on the crest Caspian at my side the horses trail cantering down into the valley i seek but one horse i turn and there he is i motion to bullet to join me.

Bullet:i walk up and nuzzle her then look over the herds

"Your herd is much larger then you wanted?" i asked softly wondering if he would get rid of any of them

Bullet:"much bigger then I wanted....I actually kinda want a couple out of here you can choose though"i say

i snort and look at him
then canter down the slope to charlie
C: "What is it dust?" he asked gently
"Take your herd and leave, leads orders " I snort If he wont take his responsiblity then he will have none of them i think to my self
Charlie bowed his head
"Iam sorry you fel that way dust. We will leave at once"
D: "Oh no Charlie it is not my decision, but his" i snorted and threw my head up at h the stud
then i mumbled under my breath " ill be sure to dip a curtsy at him each time "

Bullet:i watch as I think that Dust is only kicking out a few

Dust, i walk to penny and chicka.
"He wants ME to do the dirty work of dismissing the herd. we may leave. I am unsure yet" i growl and snap as caspian tries to nurse
C: "MOMMMMMMMMMMMMM" i whine
D: i snort and allow him to nurse.
Penny : I look at whisky,
"We need a herd where we wont need to watch over our shoulder"
W: i nuzzle moms udder
Chicka:
I allow my foal to nurse as wel

Bullet:i start to graze

Charlie: I round up the mares and the foals and nod at dust
"Thank you for your hospitality" and troted off after the herd

Bullet:i lift my head as the mares and stallion leave in confusion

dust: i look at my two members and our foals and nod and we walk to the stream the last of the mare leaving foals cantering to catch up

Bullet: stomp the ground in disgust and start to gallop up the Mountain but doing so fall

chicka and penny turn their backs on him but dust groans and races with lighting speed to his side and sees him consious
"Get up" she muttered softly

Bullet:i shake my mane then try to stand and finally succeed

Dust: i take several deep breaths to slow my racing heart. When he is on his feet i wander slowly grazing caspian trotting along and rearing trying to entice me to play but i snort and snake my head at him to quit it and sleep or something.

Bullet:i stand slowly then start to stare at the foals

caspian: i trot around trying to get mom to play with me.
Whisky and dawn: we stand side by side whispering to each other between our moms

Bullet:i paw the ground and start to graze

Dust: i stand not too far off

Bullet:i graze still

the foals grew stedily and fat on the grasses of the valley

Bullet:i soon grow to old to run the herd and say" you must find a new leader ok my mares"he says and walks off weakly then calapses....dead
