Bringing natalie and megan home

I drive in and pull to a stop and help the girls out taking a few bags
"This way" i smiled

Megan, who held one hand on duke's special lead grabbed her bag with the other and told Duke "Follow"
duke followed camilla
and natalie followed

its a harness. my dads gf is 100% fully blind her dog is a retriever called Fergus
heres duke in harness



i hold the door open for them

(i had picture for him but now i cant find it so i got a new one, but duke is a lab)
duke:



we walked in

(I thought he was a shepard lol)

(nope lol)

Megan sat down and petted duke, until he whinned "Ok, go ahead."
he then darted outside to do his bisiness

I waited till duke was back
"Come on ill show you your rooms" i led then to natalies room and right next door was megans room. they shared a huge bathroom

Duke nuzzled megan as she held on to his harness, she then let his harness go and he sat on the bed, and she joined him
natalie walked into her bedroom and curled up on the bed.

I smiled and asked megan
"Would you like me to help you put your things away?"

"Sure i'd like to get to know you"
i then ran my hands over my suitcase until i found the zipper, i unzipped it and picked up the thing on the top
"Shirt" i said and called duke "Duke? UP" and he grabbed the shirt out of my hands, and he ran to a draw, pawed at it and then it slid open and he dropped it in there.

(ok guide dogs so dont work that way)
I watch smiling

(Well, hes sorta her guide dog, hes more of her partner, he loves her more then anything. When she became blind she didnt want to replace duke so she trained him to be a guide dog.)

"So......." i said

"What color hair do you have?" i asked happily, as i petted duke

i sai beside her
"Dark brown with lighter streaks" i smiled and heard a noise and went to the door and called in travis
"Megan this is travis, my husband and now your father.............figuretivly speaking" then to travis
"Megan and natalie came today, megans blind and duke is her guide dog/best friend"
T: "Hello megan, its a pleasure to meet you. My dukes a handsome boy isnt he" i smiled

Megan beamed "Yes, i believe he is. He has a great structure, i love him" she reached her hand down to duke and he nuzzled it
"and he loves me"

"I can see that" travis smiled
then said
"I have a few dogs outside i adopted" i smiled and cam said
"Really, thats great come on then" i smiled then turned to megan
"Want to come?" then i called for natalie to come too

Megan nodded and grabed dukes harness,they met natalie when they walked outside.
Natalie was quiet and held her arms

we got outside and all the other dogs came running



Hailey the Black Groenendael (Belgium Shepherd) and Herculeez the tri-colored Shetland Sheepdog.


Lola, the English Toy Spaniel at 6 months old with Mia, the Golden Retriever at 9 years old.

i opened the doog and let the new dogs out scooping the puppy up before she could topple out
the dogs mingled as i handed cam her boxer puppy
"Her name is faith"
C: "Shes so beautiful, thanks honny " i kissed him then showed megan and natalie the puppy

T: I reach down as sky runs past
"Natalie, seeing as megan has duck you can have sky if you like" i said offering the wiggling puppy to her as sky kept trying to turn to lick me

Annabelle:i sit near by up in a small trees where the dogs cant get me

Pebbles:i sit below mom at the base of the tree

Ike:i search for birds

Tommy Boy:i i doze in the hay stacks

Molly:i sit next toe the barn window watching everything

Natalie nodded and petted sky, shyly.
Megan petted faith

Pixi:
"Bandit, I like this place."
B: "So do i pixi, nothing but shoes to chew and horses to chase. This is the life"
pixi shook her head "You big pup"
sky licked natalie anxiously and rolled over for a belly rub

maxi trotted around darcy who sat quietly beside daphne.

"They sound adorable" said megan

Duke : "Hello im duke " he said to the dogs

T: I reach out and pat faith
"they got nothing on old duke here" i laughed

megan laughed
duke barked happily
