Training.............

I watched as the young mare Mia was ridden pracning sideways towards the barrier on the large track and watched as she lept from the barrier and raced to the inside and ran steady and as she closed in on the finish line three furlongs out she took her head plunging under the "wire"
Assistant trainer Asmil:
"My shiekh, if the lady runs like that in her next raqce theres not a horse that will stand a chance, you could have blown me down with a feather" he smiled

Sham trots around in his pen and waits to be trained

i look around and motion for the new horse to br brought out and run
The jokey rides him up to me
Sheikh?" he asks
"medium track (the out side of the smaller track you see?) just let him show us what hes got" i said

TRANSLATION
let the horse have his head and show us his style

I let them lead me to the gate and wait for them to give me the kick once he does i run faster than the wind and finish the track in les than a minute

I nod as i clicked off the stop watch and watched the jockey cool him out and turned and went back to the palace

after they cool me off i still breath hard wanting to run more

i send rders to have the colt troted on the hot walker for the next 25 minutes then walked for 10 more minutes and the track rider/stable hand walked over and took him from the jockey and untacked the horse then attached him to the hot walker and walked him two circuits then sped it to a trot

being built for speed I widened my gait so my trot would take me further

I wait for the signal and i stop on a dime and look at you

stable hand: I watched as the walker kept going and bumped his rump sending him forward
"Not much longer mate" i said

I walked cooling off and breathing evenly my stamina barley taken away

After a few more laps i stop the walker and lead him back to the stables. turn him loose with a rug on in the stall with the door to his paddock open.

I graze in the paddock with a dozey look on my face
